Debbie Branscum

Debbie Branscum is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Texas Christian University. She began her legal career by working for the Clerk of Court of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Ms. Branscum was Articles Editor for The International Lawyer and received her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1991. She also became a member of the State Bar of Texas in 1991. Ms. Branscum served as a career law clerk to a federal district judge in Dallas for seven years before entering private practice. She has been a sole practitioner since 2002, focusing primarily on litigation, appellate work, and researching and writing motions and briefs in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Ms. Branscum is a Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Don Tittle

With 30 years of experience, Don Tittle has tried numerous criminal and civil cases to verdict. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989, Mr. Tittle worked as an associate at Strasburger & Price in the general litigation division. He then went to work as a prosecutor in the Dallas District Attorney’s office. After gaining invaluable experience in the courtroom as an Assistant District Attorney, he went into private practice in 1993. The Law Office of Don Tittle has existed since that time.

Mr. Tittle’s hobbies include golf, water-skiing and tennis. He also has a love for music and is always up for a discussion on politics. A lifelong Dallas area resident, Mr. Tittle currently resides in East Dallas with his wife, Jennifer.
