Noble F. Allen, a partner at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP in Hartford, practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. He routinely litigates commercial landlord/tenant law cases through trial, and he regularly counsels retail developers, retailers and other commercial landlords and tenants in matters pertaining to lease transactions, negotiations and leasing disputes. Noble is a 1991 graduate of American University, Washington College of Law.
Noble is the Chair of Hinckley Allen’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee; he served on the Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee for 16 years, the last two as its Chair; and is a Court-appointed Arbitrator for the New Haven Judicial District.
