Returns
If you are not satisfied, you may return any book within 30 days, in resaleable condition, for a full refund excluding shipping and handling. You may return audio and video cassettes and separately sold CD-ROMs for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. You may cancel any subscription at any time and receive a full refund for all unmailed issues.

Delivery Times
Add one to three business days of processing time to all shipments, even if you have selected "Next Day" delivery or "2nd Day Air." Please note that ALM publications are shipped by divisions in a number of locations nationwide. Products shipped from more than one location may arrive separately, at different times. Keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for one- or two-day shipping. In addition, UPS does not delivery to P.O. boxes.

Pricing & Sales Tax
Purchase prices for books include the cost of all previous updates and any updates that may be issued within three months of your order. Residents of District of Columbia, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Canada will be charged sales tax where applicable.
Subscription prices may be tax-deductible as a business expense.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Billing Options
Bill Me.* "Bill Me" orders are subject to credit approval. You may be asked to provide additional information before the order is shipped.
Payment by credit card is required for all NON-U.S. orders
Purchase Order Number. This feature is for your own recordkeeping. If you would like to assign an internal purchase order number to your purchase, simply enter the information in the field indicated under "Payment Method" when you place an order.
Account Holders. If you would like to pay using an existing account with us, enter your billing account number in the field indicated under "Payment Method" when you place an order.
Credit Card Orders. When you pay by credit card, your card is charged only when your order is shipped. The credit card information you enter is used only to process your current order and is not saved on our system.
Tax Exempt Orders. Enter your Federal Taxpayer ID in the field indicated under"Payment Method." Please note that we must also have your state tax exemption form on file. If you have not sent us your form, please fax it to us at (212) 587-5714.
