Steven E. Clark is a recognized labor law attorney and the founder of the Clark Firm PLLC in

Dallas. He provides advice and representation in the areas of labor and employment, employment benefits,

protection of trade secrets and confidential information, structure of business, and business agreements

(including sale and purchase of business) to individuals, small businesses and corporate clients. He serves

as lead counsel in state and federal business and employment matters. He also provides representation and

advice in construction matters and litigation.

Mr. Clark is admitted to the Texas and Louisiana bars, and is also admitted to practice before U.S.

Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Courts, Northern, Eastern, Southern

and Western Districts of Texas. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Houston. He is

a member of the Order of the Barons (top 10%), was named as a Texas Super Lawyer, Employment Law

(2011-2013), is AV-Rated (Labor & Employment Law 2012-present), and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternities.


Mr. Clark’s was co-author of Trade Secrets and Covenants Not to Compete, Employment Law

Course, (Spring, 1993), an author and speaker for Employment Law Update: FMLA, ADA & Workers’

Compensation (Sterling Ed. Service, July, 2002); Employee Leaves of Absences (Sterling Ed. Service, May,
