Author Image
Browne is an accomplished commercial litigator with an expertise in employment and entertainment law. She has wide-ranging experience in trial and appellate working the state and federal courts, in mediations, before FINRA, the AAA, the EEOC, the New York State Human Rights Division and other administrative agencies. Fran has appeared in the United States Supreme Court and the New York Court of Appeals.
Browne received her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Lehigh University, as well as a master's degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. She obtained her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude.
Browne is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New York Management Attorneys Conference and Monmouth County Bar Association.
She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School. She has also taught courses on constitutional law at Rutgers University.
