The Am Law Tech Survey is conducted annually in the summer by the editorial research staff of The American Lawyer. Some percentages may not add up to 100 due to rounding. Others may exceed 100 percent because firms were allowed to select multiple responses. In most cases, the vendor's name precedes the product unless otherwise noted.
