Pennsylvania Causes of Action provides a stating point for any Pennsylvania civil action. It compiles, outlines and indexes theories of recovery under Pennsylvania law, offers defenses and applicable statutes of limitation, as well as tables of authorities.

“As a general practitioner for 39 years, “jack of all trades and master of none” is an understatement.  I use Pennsylvania Causes of Action regularly for a quick and convenient refresher on options available as I evaluate the factual nuances of new cases that come it. It is a good initial reference source and I have referred it to many others.”

Luther (Chip) Milspaw,

The Law Offices of Luther Milspaw, Harrisburg, PA

"For a matter that my company was recently involved in, the Pennsylvania Causes of Action proved to be a valuable resource for us in order to more effectively work with our legal counsel. This handbook is a useful analytical tool to help effectively and efficiently focus research efforts. Specifically, the compilation of theories of recovery under Pennsylvania Law, the potential defenses against various claims and applicable statutes of limitation are insightful and nicely summarized."

Jon Bari, President

Bari Consulting Group, Philadelphia, PA,

"This is a book that every young Pennsylvania plaintiff's lawyer should reference when drafting a complaint. The elements of each cause of action are set forth in such a way to serve as a road map for pleading facts necessary to prove your case."
